George Frankel

George Frankel is a commercial real estate agent with LMT Commercial Realty, specializing in retail, office, and small business leasing and sales throughout New Castle County and the greater Wilmington area. He works with business owners, investors, and property owners on leasing, acquisitions, site selection, and redevelopment opportunities.

A fifth-generation Delawarean, George has extensive knowledge of communities throughout the First State and takes pride in helping local businesses and property owners grow and invest in Delaware.

George graduated from the College of Charleston, where he studied Political Science and History, and earned his Master’s degree from Lingnan University in Hong Kong, where he focused on U.S.–China foreign policy and international relations.

Outside of work, George volunteers as a rugby coach and is a First Aid instructor for the American Red Cross.
