Zach Rempfer

Zach Rempfer is a licensed commercial real estate agent in Delaware, specializing in industrial, office, retail, and hospitality properties across the state. With a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Zach played a pivotal role in the establishment and management of multiple Iron Hill Breweries before transitioning to the role of General Manager at All-In Hospitality.

Zach began his real estate career with Jack Lingo Real Estate, focusing on commercial properties as part of the Carrie Lingo Team. Nearly a decade ago, Zach and his family relocated to New Castle County, where he joined SB Realty to further his career in commercial real estate.

Currently, Zach is pursuing the prestigious CCIM designation, which recognizes leading experts in commercial and investment real estate.
